What Is Power Intervals?

Power Intervals are efforts done at an intensity which is above lactate threshold. This method, known as Cardiac Power Intervals, are extremely effective and are some of the most intense intervals there are. The goal is to drive the heart rate up as high as possible.

Work your total body by targeting individual muscle groups. Hand weights are used to increase effectiveness and intensity.
